Student Day Field Trips

Student Days are designed for students and teachers
Student Days are different than RenFest weekends.

Admission tickets purchased online will be a valid reserved entry.

Excess tickets will be available at the ticket booth for same day purchase until they are sold-out.

When tickets sell-out online, they are also sold out in person.

We highly recommend purchasing online before driving to the RenFest.

Admission and camping must be purchased in the same transaction. You cannot purchase camping without a valid admission ticket.

2026 Dates:

Grades 9-12 Tuesday, November 17, 2026 9 am-2 pm

Grades 5-8 Wednesday, November 18, 2026 9 am-2 pm. (also homeschool)

Grades K-5 Thursday, November 19, 2026 9 am-2 pm

Student Days are designed to bring history to life. We have jousting and free-flying falconry in the arena. Note that these weekday events follow standard school rules: no smoking, no alcohol, and no weapons (including souvenir swords) are allowed to be sold on Student Days.

Rates for Student Day admissions:

Admission Ticket is $20.00
Tax Rate is 8.5% (when applicable)
CC Fee is 3% (when applicable)
Processing Fee (when applicable)

Important Deadline

Non-Profit schools must complete the online order “form” by October 31st. After Oct 31st the system charges sales tax on all tickets types. Admission tickets are first-come first-served, until we reach max capacity. Once sold out, no more tickets will be available, online or in-person at the booth.

Note: The Credit Card price includes a 3% ($0.65) processing fee. Max capacity rules apply once the festival is full.

WEEKEND CAMPING

Each camping pass is one low price for the entire weekend.

Check-in after 3:00 PM the day before (usually Friday afternoon). Check-Out

by 11:00 AM Monday morning.

Up to four people per camping spot.
