Your school is invited to participate in our Annual Student Days program at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival! For three specific weekdays, we showcase the unique educational aspect of our faire which is geared especially toward K-12 students and their teachers.
Student Days are open to for Teachers & students ONLY.
Student Days are NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Dear Educator,
The Louisiana Renaissance Festival is excited to invite you to our annual Student Day program — and we're thrilled to announce the order form is now available for this year's event!
Our unique blend of education and entertainment — what we like to call "edutainment" — has welcomed close to 400,000 students, teachers, and chaperones to our 16th-century Village of Albright since 2002. The Village comes altive through the dedication of our villagers, craftsmen, and performers, with demonstrations in candle making, blacksmithing, weaving, glass blowing, and more. Don't miss our full-contact joust and free-flying birds of prey!
Whether it's your first visit or you're a returning favorite, the best field trip in history awaits on Nov. 17, 18, and 19, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Student Day.

Choose Your Student Day
Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2026 - Suggested for High School Students
Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026 - Middle and Home School Students
Thursday, Nov. 19, 2026 - Suggested for Elementary Students
Grade levels are suggestions to keep age groups together — all three days share the same show schedule,
so choose the day that best fits your school's calendar. Operating hours are 9 a.m.–2 p.m. daily.

Ordering Tickets:

Student and Teacher tickets may be ordered through the online form.

The online form will be available until October 31.

An Invoice will be sent to the email submitted on the form.

Payments RECEIVED by October 31 will receive one complementary teacher ticket for every ten paid admissions.

Park First: Park the bus before anyone gets off! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Teacher Check-in: Only one teacher needs to check in and receive all ordered tickets.

Weather: We are an outdoor event, open rain or shine. Please ensure students dress appropriately for the weather & wear comfortable shoes.
Ticket Pricing
Attendance is limited each day. Pre-ordering is highly recommended, as tickets will only be sold at the gate if Student Days are not sold out.

Students & Teachers: $15 per person

Sales Tax: is 8.5% will be added to invoice where appropriate

Tax-Exempt: Must be ordered by Oct. 31 with tax-exempt number.

Chaperones: $20 per Chaperone can be ordered here.

Same-Day Orders: If any are left on field-trip day they are $20 each (plus taxes, while supplies last).

Student Days Questions and Answers
What is the cost of admission?
Advance ticket prices are as follows: Student are $15 + tax and applicable processing fees ($15 for tax-exempt schools, proof must be provided). Tickets purchased by October 31 will include one complimentary teacher ticket for every 10 student tickets (payment must be postmarked by November 1.) Advance sales end October 31.
We are a rain or shine outdoor event so please plan accordingly. All sales are final, no refunds unless the festival is forced to close.
What does the admission cover?
Basic admission includes access to the festival site, admission to all stage shows and demonstrations.
All vendor booths are open during our Student Day program; however, some merchants may choose to offer more affordable items for students.
Games typically run $2-$6 each and are cash only. Soft drinks are $3 each and food items start at $3 each. Most food vendors are cash only. ATMs are located throughout the festival.
When will we receive our tickets?
Tickets are ordered online. All tickets will be confirmed in email, physically picked up when the teachers physically "Checks-In" on the day students are attending.
Can tickets be purchased on site the day of our field trip?
Tickets will only be sold on site if available and will be $20 + taxes and applicable processing fees. We are not open to the public and capacity is limited each day to ensure students and teachers have an enjoyable experience. Please purchase in advance to guaranty entry!
Can I transfer my tickets to another day?
Tickets may be transferred, based on availability to another student day in the current festival season, no later than November 7. Technically We are a rain or shine outdoor event and All sales are final.
Are the shows and demonstrations age-appropriate?
Yes they are. During Student Days, all of our performers and demonstrations are geared specifically to the age of the crowd.
Can souvenirs and gifts be purchased on Student Days?
Of course! All vendor booths are open during our Student Day program, however, some merchants may choose to offer more affordable items for students. Student Days do not sell alcohol, real swords or other weapons (on student days).
Are there food and beverages available for purchase?
Yes. During Student Days our usual festival concessions (minus adult beverages), including turkey legs, will be available. Prices vary and are subject to change with items ranging from $9 and up. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian opitions are available. You may also elect to bring your own lunches. Please note you will be responsible for transporting and storing your own lunches.
